Associate - Marketing

Role Overview :

• Planning, directing, coordinating, executing and evaluating organization's marketing strategies.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Market research, identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans.
• Identifying the new customers and provide information about the organization's healthcare products and services to the perspective customers.
• Preparing new marketing plans and ideas for promoting organization's healthcare products and services.
• Meeting clients and conduct Indoor & outdoor promotional activities.
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
• Organizing events and product exhibitions.
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture.
• Monitoring performance of the department.
• Managing campaigns on social media.

Requirements :

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience :

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 + year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. (Qatar Driving License Mandatory)
