Associate Matchmaker

What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
• Understand their expectations, preferences, personality, lifestyle, values, and family dynamics in depth.
• Curate meaningful matches based on compatibility rather than simply matching profiles on basic preferences.
• Present and explain potential matches with strong reasoning and attention to detail.
• Facilitate conversations and introductions between families and prospective partners.
• Understand client feedback and continuously refine the matchmaking strategy.
• Guide clients through uncertainty, expectations, conversations, and decision-making.
• Handle sensitive conversations with maturity, empathy, and discretion.
• Maintain detailed client records and interactions through CRM.
• Work closely with the matchmaking team to deliver a highly personalized experience.
• Think like a relationship advisor, not merely a coordinator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
