  • Monitor inventory levels, manage replenishment activities, and maintain accurate purchasing data within SAP.
  • Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and Approved Supplier List (ASL) administration.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Receiving, Warehouse, and suppliers to resolve purchasing, delivery, and invoice-related issues.
  • Assist with supplier performance monitoring, sourcing initiatives, and implementation of cost savings projects.
  • Administer blanket purchase orders, service agreements, and recurring MRO purchases that support operational continuity.
  • Prepare reports, analyze purchasing data, and support procurement process improvements and compliance activities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, operations, inventory planning, or a related business function.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP/MRP system preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain analysis, Tableau, or data reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.

What Will Make You Successful

  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative to identify process improvement and cost savings opportunities.
  • Eagerness to learn procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and inventory planning best practices.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and supporting cross-functional business partners.

Why KARL STORZ? Join KARL STORZ and be part of a team creating medical innovations that truly make a difference. Beyond technology, you'll be part of a culture that values talent as its greatest asset, empowering you to contribute to a mission that improves patient care worldwide.
