Associate Network & IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Network & IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support our offices and branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot computers, printers and related IT equipment.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks and internet devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN, internet connectivity and basic IP/network issues.
• Install and support surveillance cameras, DVRs and NVRs.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
• Maintain basic records of IT equipment, network settings and reported issues.
• Be willing to learn and handle additional support responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, routers and Wi-Fi systems.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, responsive and willing to travel between branches.
• Must have a personal motorcycle and valid driving licence.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
