Associate -New initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, planning & executing new business initiatives.
• Conduct market & competitor research to evaluate trends and strategic opportunities.
• Drive pilot projects across clinics (e.g., new services, pricing models, wellness programs).
• Work closely with operations, doctors, sales & marketing teams to enable implementation.
• Track performance of initiatives-collect, analyze & present insights.
• Develop SOPs, documentation & frameworks to support process standardization.
• Support in establishing partnerships, alliances & vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Collect patient / customer insights to recommend improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business/Healthcare/Management or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong research, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
• Interest in healthcare or Ayurveda preferred.
