We are now seeking to hire an Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Project management-related analysis needs: various data searching, analyzing, consolidating, processing, and reporting.
• Monitoring and controlling; responsible for coordinating with team members, tracking project progress on the timeline, and meeting the project implementation plan regarding turnaround time, search scopes, and research capability.
• Conducting document reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
• Preparing business documents such as sales quotations, tenders, and reports.
• Providing administrative support to the team and completing other assigned tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
