Associate, Operations - Payment, ShopeePay

• Monitor operational and performance, and highlight issues or improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, launch readiness, and monitoring of new features and updates.
• Support issue investigation, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and track resolution progress.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Review user journeys and front-end experiences, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements Must have

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, payment operations, financial services operations, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field..
• Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Nice to have

• A fast learner, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, integrity & responsibility.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or applying AI tools to operational work.
• Have SQL/Python/R is a big advance.
