Associate ops (Student Success Manager)

Role Overview

• The ops associate will be the primary point of contact for all student-facing queries and operational support within an assigned Placement POD.
• The role aims to ensure a seamless student experience while enabling Placement Managers to focus on employer engagement and offer closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve all student queries and escalations for the assigned POD, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Own the operational hygiene of the POD by maintaining placement trackers, CRM updates, and other required documentation with high accuracy.
• Monitor and respond to POD email communications, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action.
• Support Placement Managers in the smooth execution of placement activities, including interview coordination, offer rollouts, and follow-ups.
• Identify recurring student concerns or process gaps and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the overall placement experience.
