Associate Optometrist

We are a technologically advanced, family practice, certified to treat and manage glaucoma, seeking a committed associate optometrist 2-3 days per week (no weekends) with competitive compensation to join our eyecare team!

Our practice is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive eye exams while focusing on prevention and long-term eye and vision wellness. The practice also carries a large selection of contact lenses and frames and sunglasses, with styles, brands, and colors to suit every face and patient need.

We are located in the beautiful Sierra Foothills between Lake Tahoe and Roseville, CA- Our area is known for easy access to many lakes, rivers, mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, boating, hiking trails, and quaint historic mining towns vibrant with the culture of music, theater, art, community events and year-round markets. Our community provides that small town feel while being minutes away from the Urban areas of Roseville/Sacramento/Yuba City.

Position Requirements:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

New Grads are encouraged to apply

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology, therapeutic management guidelines and practice

Pay range depends on experience and bonus offered when daily production goals are met

Strong diagnostic skills, patient management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service and be a valuable member of our eyecare team

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties**.**

Pay: $46,800.00 - $79,872.00 per year

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
