We’re looking for a sharp, driven Associate to join our Fintech & Crypto team

. This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from day one, working directly with founders and innovative technology companies on some of the most exciting matters in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboardings and account set-ups at banks, payment providers, and crypto exchanges.
• Draft transaction and operational documents, including SAFTs, Token Warrants, Token Option Plans, Terms of Token Sale, and Terms of Service.
• Conduct legal research on U.S., EU, and offshore regulatory frameworks applicable to digital assets and blockchain businesses.
• Monitor industry trends and legal developments affecting blockchain, digital assets, and fintech businesses.
• Support senior team members in advising crypto and Web3 clients on fundraising, token launches, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters.

Required Qualifications

• Law degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in crypto, fintech, venture capital, corporate, or commercial law.
• Understanding of fundraising structures and documentation, including SAFEs, SAFTs, TWAs, and similar instruments.
• Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions commonly used in the crypto industry: BVI, Caymans, etc.
• Understanding of current crypto regulations in the U.S. and/or the EU.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at a confident B2 level or higher.
• Personal interest in blockchain technology, digital assets, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency.
• Experience advising startups, venture-backed companies, or Web3 projects.
