We’re Hiring: Paid Media Specialist

We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist passionate about performance, creativity, and strategic execution.

What You'll Do

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Build, launch & optimize paid search and social campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta)
• Draft ad copy & run A/B tests
• Manage budgets, bids & pacing for maximum ROI
• Support local marketing initiatives (flyers, billboards, activations)
• Assist with branding roll-outs at physical locations (signage, merchandising)

Performance & Insights

• Analyze campaign data to identify trends & opportunities
• Support or lead optimization strategies depending on experience
• Deliver clear performance reports & insights to internal teams and clients

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and data analysts
• Proactively share insights, solutions, and learnings
• Help drive continuous improvement across campaigns & processes

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital advertising & performance metrics
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning)
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
