As part of our ongoing presence in Switzerland, FIT in NETWORK® is looking to further strengthen its local footprint by welcoming a very limited number of carefully selected Associated Partners , with the ambition of expanding our reach, reinforcing our local network, and creating long-term value within our international community.

FIT in NETWORK® is The International Network of Available Skills , specializing in Executive Recruitment and Interim Management .

With 30,000+ senior professionals worldwide , we support leading corporations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

The Associated Partner acts as a local ambassador and business developer for FIT in NETWORK®.

This is not a full-time role , but a strategic complementary activity for senior professionals wishing to leverage their network and generate create network value. There is no fixed monthly remuneration .

You will:

• Develop Interim and Recruitment solutions for your network by offering access to an internationally known network of competences
• Connect decision-makers with our international candidates and our community of more than 30 000 professionals
• Support Executive Recruitment & Interim Management projects in your country
• Collaborate with us on our international footprint through a strong internal network of Associate Partners
• Strengthen our presence in Switzerland

Profile Sought

• 15+ years in senior corporate roles
• 10+ years based in Switzerland
• Strong C-level / decision-maker network
• Currently active as an executive, consultant, or entrepreneur
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
