Role Description The Associate Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, supporting business growth and client engagement in the local real estate market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing properties, conducting site visits, advising clients on suitable investment options, and coordinating property viewings. The role involves managing client relationships, negotiating deals, preparing basic documentation, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The Associate Partner will also monitor market trends, maintain up-to-date property listings, and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide clients through property decisions.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets, including residential, commercial, and land investments in and around Mohali district.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining property features and investment benefits clearly.
• Basic organizational and documentation skills to manage property listings, records, and transaction-related paperwork.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct frequent field visits, and manage time efficiently across multiple client engagements.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic office software for client follow-ups and maintaining records.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
