In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with clients.

You will:

• Lead digital projects and provide fact-based recommendations to clients;
• Build and maintain long lasting client relationships;
• Coach team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;
• Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery and client relationship management;
• Build digital service lines within Civitta;
• Actively participate in company management and development both locally and internationally.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working with creative and digital product delivery;
• A track record of leading projects through all stages — from analysis and ideation to final delivery;
• Professional level of Latvian and English language;
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to development of the company;
• Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
• You strive to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high quality advisory.

Salary:

Our salary range is between 4260 EUR gross/month and 4700 EUR gross/month and depends on candidate's experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
