Associate - Patient Experience Management

• Patient flow and administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, register new patients, and manage their intake forms and records.
• Patient support: Greet and assist patients, answer questions, and provide information to help them navigate the healthcare system.
• Service recovery and issue resolution: Handle patient complaints and grievances, and implement solutions to recover from negative experiences.
• Coordination and communication: Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication, and act as a liaison between patients and the facility.
• Administrative support: Maintain patient records, handle paperwork, and assist with billing and coordination as needed.
