As Associate - Performance Marketing, you ll be the execution backbone of the performance pod-running campaign setups, monitoring performance, and driving optimizations. This role is perfect if you want to sharpen your Meta Ads expertise while working with multiple fast-growing D2C and eCommerce brands.

What You ll Own

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for SMB/D2C clients
• Ensure campaign hygiene: budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative testing
• Track and report on daily and weekly performance metrics
• Research trends, competitor ads, and audience insights to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with managers and leads to execute growth strategies
• Support client reporting and communication as needed

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with direct campaign execution exposure
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (currently managing spends)
• Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C funnels is a plus
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into advanced campaign management
