A leading architecture and design practice is seeking an Associate Principal to join its San Francisco studio.
This senior-level role is ideal for a strong design-focused architect with experience leading luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end mixed-use projects. The Associate Principal will provide design leadership, lead project teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead design-driven projects from concept through completion.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to project teams.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
- Oversee design quality, project delivery, and team coordination.
- Support client development and studio growth.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with significant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio of design-led luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
- Proven experience leading teams and complex projects.
- Strong Revit proficiency required.
- 10+ Years Experience
- Excellent design, presentation, communication, and client-management skills.
- Strong balance of creative vision and project delivery experience.
