Associate Principal - Quality Engineering

Experience: 12 to 16 years of hands on experience in test automation solution building and demo creation for enterprise scale systems with record of driving QE transformation initiatives across large complex programs Enterprise Architecture Expertise Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and end to end business workflows Deep knowledge of data flow across applications including upstreamdownstream integrations APIs event driven systems and third party interfaces Ability to assess quality risks at an enterprise and system of systems level Core Responsibilities Define and drive AI enabled automation strategies aligned with enterprise quality goals Architect and implement scalable automation solutions across UI API and mobile platforms Design implement and govern QA DevTest pipelines integrated with CICD and cloud platforms Provide strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex multi layered production and pre production issues Establish QE standards best practices governance models and quality metrics across accounts AI Advanced Engineering Capabilities Strong hands on exposure to AI based code assisted IDEs and productivity tools eg Copilot MCP Skill based assistants Ability to evaluate and adopt AI testing tools and frameworks at enterprise scale Exposure to COTS AI testing tools ACCELQ Testim Tricentis ToscaVision AIand their enterprise adoption Experience in authoring and maintaining Self healing locators AI driven test generation Smart waits flakiness detection etc Key Technical Skills Expert level proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript Extensive experience with UI automation tool Playwright Extensive experience in API automation using REST Assured Experience in Mobile automation using Appium or Browserstack Strong exposure to cloud based automation platforms supporting UI API and mobile automation

• Deep working knowledge of Azure DevOps Jira and Agile SAFe methodologies
