What they need
Lead downstream process development at lab scale (bench centrifuges, small-scale TFF, lab reactors, etc.) and execute scale-up to pilot plant systems (disk-stack centrifuges, pilot TFF skids, jacketed reactors, spray dryers, etc.)
Required Candidate profile
M. Tech./Ph.D./M.Sc 6-8 years in a Pilot Plant or Process Development environment. Collaborative mindset to work with Upstream and R&D teams; ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment in real-time.
