Associate Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Income Processing, Claims, Payments, Reconciliation, and Settlements.
• Independently handle client interactions and calls.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters promptly.
• Lead teams, drive process improvements, and share domain knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–10 years of experience in Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 members.
• Knowledge of DTCC Settlements, Middle Office, Event Processing, Reconciliation, and Settlements.
• Understanding of equity/bond income processing, claims validation, payment initiation, and SWIFT messages.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and client management skills.
