What they need
JOB BRIEF
- Perform the established Procurement Process to achieve business objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform activities to achieve the set key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the specifications, procurement process and delivery progress of requirements.
- Perform RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation and logistics processes as required. Submit recommendation for approval.
- Source, qualify, accredit suppliers, and monitor performance.
- Determine, communicate, and monitor action plans when performance does not meet the set expectations.
- Monitor and report progress of assigned Procurement activities and deliverables.
- Ensure that issues encountered in the conduct of the activities are promptly addressed.
- Perform other duties that may be essential to the achievement of the objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 1 year experience in Procurement
