The role
Trailers come together fast, and a lot of people touch them: editors, assistant editors, graphics, music, finishing, and clients. The Associate Producer keeps all of them moving in the same direction. You'll work alongside our Producers and Creative Directors from kickoff to final delivery, keep projects on schedule, catch problems before clients do, and step in as the point of contact when the project lead is out.

What you'll do

• Set up projects and run a portion of the day-to-day from kickoff through finish: meeting notes, scheduling, asset management, editorial note handoffs, offline tracking, and resourcing
• Keep projects on time and flag roadblocks to the lead Producer or Creative Director early
• Be the internal line between Data I/O, Assistant Editors, Finishing, Music, and Graphics for every project request
• Correspond with clients as directed, and serve as the main contact, internally and externally, when the project lead is out
• QC every offline posting before it goes to the client so no errors or slate mistakes get out the door
• Manage narration requests with third-party VO agencies and loop in Billing when needed
• Work the daily flow with our graphics teams on deliverables, deadlines, and finishing requests
• Act as a secondary AV contact on 360 campaigns with our Print, Digital, and Strategy teams
• Coordinate weekend I/O and assistant editor coverage when a project needs it
• Help our Production Coordinators manage award submissions so every entry lands on time
• Send new AV finishes to our Digital + Social team for the website and social channels

What you bring

• 2–3 years of experience as a production coordinator or in a similar role
• Serious organizational skills: you can juggle multiple projects at once without dropping details
• Clear, fast communication with teammates and clients
• Strong client relationship skills
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• A bachelor's degree is nice to have, not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
