Associate Product Manager

At Rocket India, you’ll support the development of innovative fintech, SaaS, and AI-powered solutions that simplify how clients experience mortgages, lending, and personal finance. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and global product teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. About the Role

• Conduct market research to analyze fintech trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies that can inform product strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Support product roadmap planning by helping prioritize features, track progress, and align delivery with business goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and global product teams to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.
• Use product analytics and performance data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to improve usability, adoption, and product value.
• Prepare product specifications, release notes, training materials, and other documentation to support product launches and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and execution tracking.
• Stay informed on fintech, SaaS, AI, mortgage, lending, and personal finance trends to support future product opportunities.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, fintech, SaaS, or related technology roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, product specifications, or functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product and collaboration platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage priorities, support multiple workstreams, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on fintech, lending, mortgage, personal finance, enterprise SaaS, or digital platform products.
• Exposure to AI-powered solutions, automation platforms, analytics tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of product metrics, customer feedback loops, usability improvements, and adoption tracking.
• Experience supporting product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate with U.S. and international teams across global product and technology environments.
• Interest in building scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
