Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HFM (Implementation, Support, or Product Management)
- Deep functional understanding of financial processes
- Strong technical knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (CA / CMA / MBA preferred)
- HFM-related certifications (eg, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist)
