Associate Product Manager (ID: 709036)

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned Hair Treatment and Nose Aesthetic procedures to drive revenue and market growth
• Create and manage annual marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to identify new growth opportunities
• Work closely with doctors, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support treatment and service development
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution and performance tracking
• Prepare Marketing Briefs and Creative Briefs, and collaborate with Creative, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns
• Review and ensure accuracy of medical information, treatment details, and marketing communications before publication
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to improve leads, conversions, and ROI
• Support the launch of new Hair Treatment and Nose Aesthetic services, packages, promotions, and customer acquisition programs
• Prepare reports, market insights, and business recommendations for management to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Health Sciences, Beauty, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Management, or a related role
• Experience in Beauty, Aesthetic Clinics, Wellness, Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical Services businesses is preferred
• Experience managing aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatment services, particularly Hair Treatment or Nose Aesthetic procedures, is an advantage
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, treatment decision-making processes, and aesthetic market trends
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer insights, campaign performance, and market data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with doctors, management teams, and external partners
• Leadership mindset, growth mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and project management tools

Additional Information

Salary: Depends on working experience & skills

Working day: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 18:00)
