LAB Engineer: Associate product testing engineer

1- MISSION

• Responsible for Plastic parts Inspection & Product testings
• Ensure compilation of Quality systems (ISO 17025,TS:16949, TPM, EMS & OHSAS)
• Internal Customer interface for Quality requirements

2-MAIN ACTIVITIES

Product testings:

• To carry Sample Inspection, raw material / Product testings as per specifications
• Prepare testing & validation reports & communicate the same to project teams
• Ensure Quality / Inspection Feasibility in coordination with lead / Quality engineer
• Identify resources required to carry out testings ex.:- Support fixtures/ Jigs
• Ensure calibration of all equipments, gauges, fixtures • Record and update Project learning.

3- SKILLS PROFILE:

• Age: around 21-25
• Experience: 1-2 yrs / Fresher
• Education: Plastics /Mechanical Engineering B, Tech
• Experience: Working Experience in Automotive industry and in Plastics Quality and testing, part inspection, Should be aware of Quality International Stds wrt Plastics. System knowledge (ISO 17025,ISO-TS 16949/14000/OSHAS/TPM)
