Associate - Professional Indemnity (Construction)

Introduction:

Our Construction PI team is growing, and were looking for an Associate to join our Sydney office.

Working alongside experienced Principals and senior lawyers, you'll advise insurers and construction industry professionals on a broad range of professional indemnity matters arising from major projects and developments. You'll gain meaningful responsibility, quality client exposure and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

Description:

What you will bring:

• Work on complex construction-related professional indemnity matters
• Advise insurers, engineers, architects, certifiers and other construction professionals
• Manage litigated and pre-litigated claims and disputes
• Draft practical and commercially focused legal advice
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate closely with Principals and senior lawyers

• Experience in Professional Indemnity, Construction, Insurance Litigation or Commercial Disputes
• Strong communication and drafting skills A commercial and solutions-focused approach
