Associate Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned programs, projects, or activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan, organize, and monitor program schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare program-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events related to the program.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact program objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for program activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
