Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a digital agency or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
