Associate, Programmes (Country Representative) - Senegal

Job Purpose

The Associate, Programmes will support management of Senegal partnerships, coordinate skilling, mobilisation, and community engagement activities for the AFIYA Programme in Senegal.

The role will play essential role in the AFIYA project by providing structured administrative, coordination, and operational support to enhance programme implementation in the country. By ensuring high standards of documentation, timely reporting, and efficient communication, this role significantly contributes to the smooth execution of projects and supports informed strategic decision-making. S/he will actively supports the monitoring of programme performance, manages resource and budget tracking, and facilitates compliance and risk management processes.

Reports directly to - Senior Project Manager, AFIYA

Reports indirectly to

• Principal, Sustainable Insurance
