Associate Project Director

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on scope, on budget and on track, while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also manage and develop junior and mid-level project managers, helping to raise delivery standards across the wider team.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple digital projects from scoping through to delivery.
• Own budgets, timelines, scope, resources, quality and risk.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations at every stage.
• Lead project teams and act as a senior escalation point when challenges arise.
• Monitor project performance, margins and delivery against agreed targets.
• Work closely with account, resourcing and delivery teams to keep projects moving.
• Champion strong project management processes and continuously improve ways of working.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior and mid-level project managers.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale digital projects.
• Strong commercial and project management skills.
• Confident client and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing competing priorities.
• Previous people management or mentoring experience.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Someone who brings structure, accountability and calm leadership to complex projects.
