What they need
The Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end management and technical oversight of residential house construction projects, from foundation works through final handovers. The role ensures that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, budget parameters, and applicable safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage
- Experience of 2 to 3 years in Horizontal projects
- Basic knowledge in surveying and estimate
- Knowledgeable in engineering standards, project execution, and safety practices
- Knowledgeable in Precast/Finishing/Land development
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to do fieldwork and site assignment
