Associate (Project Management) / Senior Associate (Project Management)

Responsibilities:

• To handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding financial reports, IPOs, circular, announcement and related financial document;
• To work closely with internal departments to handle customer enquiries and feedbacks to meet customer requirement and standard;
• To maintain quality customer relationship to achieve client’s satisfaction in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above;
• Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in customer service preferred, more relevant experience will be considered a senior position;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
