Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Market Research to manage and execute online market research projects from project setup through final delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain high-quality standards, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and deliver projects on time while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end online market research projects across B2B and B2C studies.
• Review project specifications, questionnaires, quotas, timelines, and sampling requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Programming, Data Processing, and Panel teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, fieldwork, quotas, response quality, and timelines.
• Manage sample procurement through panel partners, API integrations, and manual RFQs.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, feasibility, field updates, and delivery timelines.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring respondent quality, fraud prevention measures, VPN detection, bot protection, and data validation.
• Prepare project reports, field updates, and completion summaries.
• Coordinate project closures, invoicing requirements, and internal documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sample partners.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in online market research project management.
• Strong understanding of online sampling, panel management, quotas, incidence rate (IR), length of interview (LOI), CPI, and feasibility.
• Experience managing projects across multiple global markets.
• Familiarity with market research platforms such as Decipher, Forsta, Confirmit, Qualtrics, SurveyToGo, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of API sample integrations and panel management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client servicing skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
