Associate QS Estimator

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in civil engineering, quantity estimation and costing, with an interest in working on real-world construction, structural and retrofitting projects.

Key Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and perform accurate quantity take-offs.
• Working knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, quantity sheets and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity calculations, rate sheets, concrete and steel quantities, areas and volumes.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading, preparing and modifying drawings.
• Understanding of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), standard measurement units and IS 1200.
• Willingness to visit project sites for measurements, verification, structural inspections and NDT-related activities.
• Familiarity with DSR/CPWD rate analysis, ETABS or STAAD.Pro will be an advantage.
