Associate Quality Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular quality inspections on production lines to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supervise and train team members to maintain high-quality products and processes.
• Identify and report defects or issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related problems.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in QA/QC or manufacturing quality control.
• Strong understanding of process quality, product quality, and operations principles.
• Ability to conduct line inspections and identify defects effectively.
• Experience with supervision and training techniques.
