Associate, Quantitative Private Fund, Institutional Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining domestic and overseas quantitative private fund managers and institutional clients, support client liaison, admission process and daily relationship management.
• Support the implementation of derivative transactions (Bills, TRS) and secondary market investment businesses, and assist in landing supporting services including custody, financing and cross-border trading.
• Assist in client portfolio allocation, document arrangement and process follow-up, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operation.
• Prepare fund presentation materials, support internal business training and assist in cross-regional sales resource coordination.
• Continuously learn cross-border private products and secondary market derivative knowledge, track market trends and support team business targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and related majors.
• Basic understanding of secondary market and financial derivatives, with strong passion for quantitative private funds and cross-border asset management business.
• Good communication, client service and business awareness, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of northbound-southbound cross-border products and client onboarding process is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in Office and presentation production; CFA/FRM is a plus.
