JAZZ Earbudere is a Pune-based audio technology and lifestyle electronics brand, designing earbuds, neckbands, and headphones for everyday life — sold online and across major marketplaces.

Role Overview

We're looking for an HR recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for JAZZ Earbudere — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help the team grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
• Screen resumes according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
• Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and documentation.
• Assist in meeting monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Comfortable using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and basic Excel
• Able to manage multiple open positions at the same time
