The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview preparation
• Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM and ATS systems
• Collaborate with team members to support active client searches
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and clients
• Learn industry best practices, market trends, and recruitment methodologies
• Contribute to team goals, performance initiatives, and ongoing business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
• Have a people-first, relationship-centered mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Adaptable to technological advancements
