HR Recruiter (1+ Year Experience)

Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the complete hiring lifecycle from understanding requirements to successful onboarding ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit
• Ensure timely closure of open roles
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, conversion ratios)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/ IT/ Consulting companies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
