ASSOCIATE REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER

What you'll do:

• Train new and existing franchisees

• Support new kiosk openings & ownership transitions

• Conduct store visits and operational audits

• Ensure food safety and FujiSan standards

• Help resolve operational challenges across locations

What we're looking for:

✅ At least 1 year of sushi chef experience

✅ Sushi training experience preferred

✅ Strong communication & leadership skills

✅ Food safety / ServSafe knowledge preferred

✅ Comfortable with extensive regional & overnight travel
