Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting suitable banking products, and achieving sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Acquire new customers through referrals and leads.
• Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment products.
• Provide financial solutions based on customers' needs.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers to strengthen relationships.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: Up to ₹77,874.27 per month
