Associate – Renewals Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for policy renewals.
• Explain renewal procedures, premium payment options, and policy benefits to customers.
• Follow up on pending renewals and ensure timely policy closures.
• Address customer queries related to policy status, payments, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly renewal and retention targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Share customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.

Eligibility Criteria
