As an Associate in Global Markets Analytics, embedded within the Resource Management Group, you'll play a key role in driving resource optimization across the trading floor. You'll design, develop, and deliver data science and reporting solutions that empower traders, risk managers, and senior stakeholders with actionable insights. Working at the intersection of quantitative analysis, software engineering, and capital markets, you'll transform complex trading and liquidity data into dynamic tools and platforms. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
We are committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation opportunities for all employees and we encourage open conversations about compensation throughout the recruitment process.
