Associate - Risk Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Helps to identify and evaluate risks and control gaps in audited activities.
• Assists in internal audit.
• Assist in conducting periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Help streamline and improve accounting processes by actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Draft the initial observations, along with relevant annexures/backing documents, and share them with the audit manager for review.
• Do regular follow-ups for implementation of audit recommendations.
• Undertakes detailed test procedures like testing of sampled invoices, vendor agreements, variance analysis, etc. as per the directions given by the Audit Manager.
• Should have 2 years of relevant work experience in the Internal Audit function

Qualifications:

• CA Dropout / MBA/Graduate/ACCA/CMA upto 5 years of relevant experience (Internal Audit)
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure in CA firms or industry
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual willing to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
