Role brief:

The Associate RPA Developer will be an integral part of the Automation team within the Engineering Department. The position offers opportunities to learn advanced automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
• Implement UI automation for web, desktop and Citrix applications.
• Integrate automation workflows with REST APIs for data exchange.
• Utilize Computer Vision techniques for automating non-standard UI elements.
• Perform CRUD operations on relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation of automation workflows.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots for performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in RPA development ( In UiPath ).
• UiPath certification ( Advanced )
• Experience with Orchestrator and RE Framework .
• Strong understanding of UI automation techniques and selectors.
• Experience with Computer Vision activities in RPA (e.g., image-based automation).
• Proficiency in API integration (GET, POST, authentication, JSON/XML handling).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database connectivity.
• Experience in automation involving OCR will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Finance Domain work experience
• Enterprise environment work experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of Python or .NET for custom activities.
