Associate Sales & Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Associate Sales & Operations who will work closely with leadership to drive execution, operational planning, data analysis, and field enablement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with data, and building scalable operational processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations Enablement

• Support ground teams (RMs) with operational data and execution support
• Track onboarding, site visits, partner activity, and key operational metrics
• Drive accountability through structured reporting and follow-ups

Business Planning & Execution

• Assist leadership in executing business goals
• Identify operational gaps and improve execution processes
• Support strategic initiatives and pilot programs

Data & Dashboarding

• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards for sales and operational performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews

Process adherence and adoption:

• Support CRM implementation and adoption across teams
• Help standardize workflows and operational best practices
• Create SOPs and make plans to execute
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational improvements

Requirements:

• Graduate from Tier-1 institutes such as IITs, IIMs, BITS, top NITs, SRCC, St. Xaviers or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced startups, consulting, marketing, operations or growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ownership mindset with strong execution orientation

Preferred Background:

Experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Startup operations or Sales operations
• Program Management
• Marketplace/hyperlocal businesses
• Fintech / proptech
