•Convert the potential leads into the sales
•Sales General Insurance through ACKO online portal.

• Greet customers warmly and speak with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain a peer-to-peer, consultative tone free from sales pressure.
• Explain concepts simply.
• Be truthful about limitations or information gaps.
• Maintain composure under tough objections or multiple comparisons.
• Close professionally by summarizing key points and next steps.

• Excellent communication and consultative ability
• Strong needs-diagnosis skills
• Ability to simplify insurance for first-time buyers

• Ability to handle objections confidently

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

• Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off
• Day shift role within an 9:45AM to 6:45 PM window
• Open to working on a third-party payroll
