Join us as a Associate Sales Engineer, where you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong customer relationships and influencing product selection during the design phase. This position combines technical expertise with consultative selling, allowing you to work closely with customer engineering and procurement teams to position tailored solutions that meet evolving application needs

What You Will Do

• Partner with customer engineering and procurement teams to guide product selection decisions during development cycles

• Drive collaboration between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical, operational, and commercial requirements

• Build, manage, and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across existing and new accounts

• Lead commercial and technical discussions including RFQs, product customization, and solution positioning

• Provide clear and engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers

• Gather and maintain accurate customer forecasts to support demand planning and supply alignment

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities

• Proactively identify risks and challenges, and work with internal teams to resolve them effectively

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics Communication Engineering (or related field)

• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or field application engineering

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in interconnect solutions, cable assemblies, or electromechanical products

• Background in B2B technical sales environments

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
