Associate Sales Trainee

Role & responsibilities

1. Focus on acquiring prospective customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

2. Generate a high volume of quality leads through innovative and effective sourcing channels.

3. Plan and schedule monthly customer visits efficiently.

4. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather valuable customer feedback.

5. Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and accurately document their needs.

6. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure that assigned activities and deliverables are completed within timelines.

7. Follow the company's standard sales process and guidelines as trained.

8. Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

9. Conduct market and company research using the internet and other relevant sources.

10. Use the official company email ID for all official communication and maintain professional communication standards.

11. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and follow professional ethics at all times.
